Project Overview
This NSF EPSCoR RII Track-2 FEC project established a multidisciplinary research infrastructure for data-driven bioengineering innovation, integrating machine learning, data analytics, and software systems to accelerate materials discovery. As Senior Personnel, I had lead responsibility for developing the Software Engineering (SE) thrust, with a particular focus on software assurance, reliability, and quality for ML-enabled systems used in scientific research workflows.
